It is a strong belief of mine that nobody is perfect. We are all collections of the good, the bad, and the downright ugly. Mostly, we are all bundles of ‘confusing’. I also believe in my heart that we all have the capacity to be brilliant — at something, some of the time.
And, with the right conditions, we can be goddamn brilliant, so much of the time.
Because we are all imperfect in different ways, teams and collaboration are all the more important. Together, we can achieve far more than the sum of our parts.
